A few words from debutatnt Sera:

Postponed from December due to stupid snow! It was my first half marathon race, and I'm really proud of my time - aiming for a sub 3 hours and I got it ... just ? Strava records PBs for 15K, 10 mile and 10K

I had a fab day running with so many Harriers and friends, thank you everyone of you for all your support, seeing so many lovely friendly faces at the end was just bloody lush!

Christmas Reindeer 10k Fun Run

Claire Upton took on this delayed 10k on the 4th February in a time of 1:20:03. Claire's longest run since October, although the sun was out it was freezing! Despite a red eye and a swollen foot and on reflection she'd have liked to have been 4 seconds quicker #HardcoreHarrier

Long Mynd Valleys Race

Long Mynd Valleys Race

4th February 2018

Simon Pipe conked out on the final hill last year, but a comfortable pace this time meant he had something left for the three brutal climbs at the end of this famously "arduous" fell race, finishing 19 minutes quicker. Despite crazily steep, unstable descents he largely stayed upright, which he attributes to loud and frequent profanities.

11.5 miles, 4,501 feet of ascent
