To supplement the club runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have organised training sessions, as listed below.
These sessions have been developed to help all runners improve their speed, stamina, technique and strength. If you don't wish to take part in a training session, there are usually others still heading out for a run as usual.
This diary has been set up so you know what is happening when, and so you can co-ordinate this with your own training plan if you have one.
Tuesday sessions take place at or start from the Hook Norton Sports and Social Club. We tend to meet around 7pm for a 7:15pm start.
Thursday sessions meet at the Chipping Norton Leisure Centre, and start at 6pm (please try and arrive a few minutes early to get started promptly if possible.
