The muddy 12th running of this unmeasured Multi-Terrain hilly Cotswold run (approx 7miles) is over. A huge thank you to all the runners who joined us on Sunday 15th December. Another sell-out year for the fancy dress loving runners who smiled and slipped their way around the course and enjoyed their well deserved mince pies and mulled wine at the finish.
Congratulations to the M & F overall winners and category winners who received Christmas Puds.
Thanks to the volunteers whose support of our fantastic runners makes this one of the highlight races for the fastest runners in our region as well as those who are a little slower - everyone embraces the fun, mud and fancy dress!
Thanks as always to Barry Cornelius for supporting our race and taking so many wonderful photos - they are available HERE - please credit Barry if you use his photos on any social media.
We look forward to seeing you next year!
Another year of the Hooky Christmas Canter comes to an end. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the race today. After a terrible week of weather the conditions were fantastic, if a little muddy and slippery. This years fancy dress efforts were outstanding.
This race has become more and more popular and this year we sold out within a month of entries going live. If you want to join us next year please make sure you keep an eye on our social media feeds to see when entry opens, and get in quick when it does!
If you ran with us today we would be really grateful if you could write a short review of our race at RaceCheck.com. It's free to sign up and is a great resource for all runners looking for the next race to run.
